TIGER HORDRILL
The TIGER® HORDRILL is a horizontal drilling machine for marble and granite designed for drilling regular, large-diameter horizontal holes in quarries, as well as for horizontal drilling and blast hole preparation in mining. It operates with a 3.5 HP compressed air rotation motor with a DTH hammer (76–102 mm) and is also compatible with Y20 and Y24 hammers for top-hammer drilling. The forward and backward motion is driven by a chain mechanism on both sides of the column, controlled from the main panel, with a feed stroke of 1,600–2,200 mm. Mounted on a wheeled chassis, it allows quick transport and positioning without lifting equipment. Feed, impact, and movement speeds are adjustable according to rock conditions.
