TIGER® GRANFILL is a high-performance diamond wire saw machine engineered for granite block cutting applications. It is equipped with 50, 60 or 75 HP (6-pole) electric motors running at 750–1,000 rpm, delivering high starting torque and achieving a maximum linear wire speed of 40 m/s on an 800 mm main pulley. Wire tension is kept constant by a PLC-controlled system that halts operation in case of wire breakage or failure. A 1,280 mm rail width and heavy cast frame provide improved cutting stability. A 1 HP auxiliary motor enables fast rail positioning, and the head rotates 360°. All functions are controlled via remote panel. Operates on two 3-meter rails with 8–11 mm diamond wire.
