TIGER GRANFILL is a high-performance diamond wire cutting machine engineered for granite block cutting applications. It is equipped with 50, 60, 75, or 100 HP (6-pole) electric motors, delivering high starting torque and achieving a maximum linear wire speed of 40 m/s. The system maintains constant wire tension using a dedicated electronic card and halts operation in case of wire breakage or failure. A 1,280 mm rail width and heavy cast frame provide improved cutting stability. A 1 HP servo motor enables fast rail positioning, ±250 mm side shift is driven by a 0.75 HP motor, and 360° head rotation is powered by a 1.5 HP motor. All functions are PLC-controlled via remote panel. Operates on two 3-meter rails.
