TIGERDRILL
TIGERDRILL is the compact pneumatic DTH column drill of the TIGER® range, operating entirely with compressed air, without the need for hydraulic or electric power. It is used in marble and granite quarries to drill large-diameter holes (76–102 mm) for diamond wire cutting, and in mining for general drilling or blast hole preparation. The system includes a 3.5 HP pneumatic rotation motor (430 Nm) and chain feed for stable pressure, and also accepts a top hammer for 32–45 mm holes. Drilling can be performed vertically, horizontally, or at any angle, with depths of up to 25–30 meters without deviation. The machine is easy to assemble, light enough for one person to carry, and includes 15 rods, rod keys, connection chains, and a central lubrication system.
