TIGER MICROFILL
TIGER® MICROFILL is a compact, portable diamond wire saw engineered for trimming and block preparation in low-volume production quarries. It is equipped with a 15 HP electric motor (1,500 rpm, 380–415 V) and a 400 mm pulley, delivering a linear wire speed of 40 m/s. The machine features a PID tension control system that automatically regulates diamond wire pressure along the rail during cutting. Mounted on a 3-meter-long, wheeled, and elevated rail (350 mm wide), TIGER MICROFILL offers precise positioning and easy relocation within the site. Its lightweight structure and portable configuration make it ideal for deployment in confined areas where maneuverability and operational stability are critical for precision cutting tasks.
