TIGERDRILL is a compact pneumatic column drill that operates entirely with compressed air, without the need for hydraulic or electric power. It is used in marble and granite quarries to drill large-diameter holes for diamond wire cutting, and in mining for general drilling or blast hole preparation. The system includes a 3.5 HP rotation motor and chain feed for stable pressure. Drilling can be performed vertically, horizontally, or at any angle, with depths of up to 25–30 meters without deviation. The machine is easy to assemble, light enough for one person to carry, and includes 15 rods, rod keys, connection chains, and a central lubrication system.
