TIGER MINIFILL is a compact diamond wire cutting machine designed for trimming and block shaping operations in stone processing. It is equipped with a 25, 30, or 40 HP main electric motor that delivers increased starting torque and enables a maximum linear wire speed of 26 m/s. Wire tension is regulated by a dedicated electronic card that also stops operation in case of malfunction or wire breakage. The Ø500 mm main pulley rotates 360° via a mechanical system and is protected by a reinforced metal cover. The machine features a 700 mm rail width and heavy casting for stability. Positioning is powered by a 1 HP motor. All functions are managed via a remote control panel.
