Within the framework of the Information Text presented to my information by Set-A Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and its Affiliates/Group Companies (“Set Makina”) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and related legal sub-regulations;

In order to carry out the processes related to the offer, information request and purchase request; I accept, declare and undertake that my personal data in the form of “name, surname, telephone number, e-mail, company, department/title” are transferred and stored in servers located abroad, that the necessary information has been provided to me in accordance with Article 10 of the Law, that I have read and understood the relevant Information Text published on the official website of SET Makina, and that I expressly consent to the transfer of my personal data specified above by Set Makina to servers located abroad without being under any influence or pressure.
